I brought in my orders for a MRI and scheduled the appointment at the front office desk. Came back for my appointment and waited for awhile then they told me they were running 2hrs behind. I chose to go back home and come back in 2 hrs. I come back to be told that I was scheduled for a MRA not the MRI that my orders I had in my hand specified. They couldn’t do it- so I left. Make sure they collect your payment.I kept trying to make my co-pay since the beginning of January 2021, and they kept telling me I didn’t have one.. this past Tuesday nite they wanted $700 plus. I was totally caught off guard. When you give them your DL for ID,ins card & debit card & they hand your debit back because they now want a payment there is something WRONG!! Any answers for me.

Why does it take so long to check in. The line was out the door and it was a very uncomfortable situation for me as I have a bad back. Finally another lady grabbed a chair to place her self in line and I followed suit. There has to be a way to improve your procedures. I am not able to stand in a line for 20 minutes

Arrived at 7:40am for 8 am appointment. Stood in line which was going out the door for 25 minutes. Girls checking in people sat there not doing anything. Then when they started checking people in, they would wait on one person and it would be several minutes before they would call up another person to help. This is the worst service and incompetence I have ever seen.
Back in June I had an MRI done at the Greenfield location. At the time of check in the girl at the desk stated that today’s visit will be $464 because my insurance was not going through. I have other MRIs completed at other locations and only had to pay approx $60. My insurance covers 90%. She asked for a card to hold on file just in case the claim is denied. phone service can never get representative only recording
I had an appointment at 4:30 for an x-ray. When I got there their wait time was an hour and a half. They close at six so I was never seen. So they scheduled me at a different location for the next day. When I got there it was a two hour wait, and the lady had to leave early that day. So again I was never seen. ..... and they want you to fill everything out online before you come in. Which sucks and is hard to use!
