I will never use SimonMed again! 😡 I paid cash for a MRI on 9-28-2022. After going through Cigna Insurance SimonMed is supposed to reimburse me $568.29. 8 months later I still have not received my money. I call almost every 2 weeks and keep being told I will hear from the reimbursement department in 2 weeks…… I am so frustrated. If anyone has had a similar experience with resolution please let me know.

Terrible experience! I had a 10:00 appt was not seen until 11:00, front desk misplaced my check in paperwork!

MRI appointment was 40 min late. Front desk employee was not friendly or helpful at all. I had a prior experience where I was overcharged and it took over 3 months to receive a refund. I explained this to her and asked if I could just pay a portion due to prior issues. She said no but she could do a payment plan. That’s not what I asked, I didn’t need a payment plan. Absolutely horrendous patient care and customer service!! Front desk receptionists are totally incompetent!! Scheduled a procedure 1 month ago, got an out of pocket estimate on the phone at the time of scheduling, filled out patient paperwork on the portal and the day of my procedure they stated that they do not accept my insurance and proceeded to cancel my appointment. I have been on the phone for over an hour and I keep being bounced of from one imbecile to another.

Upon arrival the petty receptionist looked at me (a senior) like I had two heads and both with white hair. She had such a sour look and a personality too match! Most unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered. I had to come back a second time having forgotten the disc of my procedure and still the same thing. The SAVING GRACE was the Technician AL who’s knowledge, kindness, compassion was over the top!!! He made up over and over for the un-welcome treatment. Thank you for having him on your staff!

Everyone was very nice and professional, was in and out very in a very timely manner. The only complaint I have is that the place was not very clean, floors was dirty, blinds had layers of dust on them which indicate that it’s haven’t been months. But my overall experience with pleasant.
