They were not helpful in making my experience comfortable. I did not know what to expect or do next. I don’t think a single staff member even smiled. It was like they were herding cattle and just running people through and nobody seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

The staff looks like beat dogs! The Tech I had was a burned out. Felt like just a number… I can only hope the MRI is clear! How about some better signage outside! Are you trying to make it hard to see!
I don’t believe all these rave reviews! Every time I have an appointment I can be rest assured that they will be at least an hour behind schedule. They make you pay up front which is fair BUT they WAY over estimate what your end cost will be and won’t do the imaging if you don’t pay. THEN, they take months to issue a refund. There is NO website that I can find to see my itemized billing. Apparently it doesn’t exist…which is not the case for every single healthcare provider that I’ve come into contact with. I am a cash pay patient and they knew at both appointments. I had a mammogram and ultrasound done on both breasts in February 2022. I was charged 95$ (s/a) in office, and was told to follow up in six months. I did so in September 2022, per SimonMed I was only needing the ultrasound on both breasts. In office I was charged 172.56$(s/a). When I called the automated voice states the accounts remaining balance was 709.44$(s/a), I was shocked. The wait room very crowded, very noisy, had to speak extra loud. Television blaring. People allover the room. Staff was pleasant, but clinical. Test person was good. Entire place needs to be more professional.

Front desk person RUDE as hell. Cold, bossy, no eye contact and makes you feel like your bothering her by being there period.

worst experience i’ve ever had at Simonmed. Waited for over 2 1/2 hrs without anyone telling what was happening. waiting room turned over 3 times while waiting. 20-25 people came after my appointment time and were seen and left. complained to front desk without relief. was in extreme pain and even that didn’t seem to help. No compassion from staff. This definitely should be reported to upper management. If i hadn’t needed these MRI’s so badly, I would have left. Totally unacceptable. I was there for over 3 1/2 hours total

I need to give 2 reviews. The office site was awesome! Quick and friendly, easy in and out. Highly recommend! The call center…not so much! I couldn’t go to the pain center for relief from my horrible nerve pain without an MRI. Called to make an appointment and they said it takes a week to get prior approval from insurance.
