Even though I had an appointment, the staff had me wait in line which took 15 minutes for me to check in. And despite having visited many times, I still had to fill out the same forms and have insurance cards scanned. Do the not already have my information in their data base? They told me to take a seat and after another 40 minutes, I asked the staff why the hold up. The only nice person I dealt with was the young lady that did my MRI. Scheduling my appointment was horrible. On hold for a very long time. Then I could not hear anything but the person sounding like they were eating a bag of chips. After the appointment was made, I verified the date and time twice. When I got to the appointment and they tell me my appointment is for another date and time. They were able to fit me in the same day, but the young lady was extremely rude the entire time. My appointment was at 6pm. it is now 7pm and I still have not had my appointment. The receptionist is not informing anyone of why the wait is so long. Maybe tell people how long the wait and give the option of rescheduling. Not a happy patient.

It has been, by far, the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. The front desk is curt, unfriendly, unhelpful and rude. I base this on more than one experience with this crew. I have spent 40 years in the business, and I have just been completely appalled. Once I got past the front de ask, I found the techs knowledgeable and friendly. You really need to re-evaluate your front desk.
I finally got an appointment, after my Oct 27th, 2021 incomplete biopsy. After several calls to my GP, an order was sent "stat". Nov 9, 2021 and cancelled Nov 15th, 2021 internally by a staff member of SimonMed - with no reason! I had help from another member of SimonMed, Linda Preston, who apologized and made my MRI happen. Too bad Marci, the MRI tech was not helpful or caring of my comfort or hearing loss in the very noisy MRI machine. I would recommend SimonMed Imaging (just not Marci)
