First of all they require a up front payment for their service. Never have I been asked to pre pay for an MRI. Then when I refused to pre pay I was informed of their policy of NO PAPER BILLING!!! Then I was informed that they require a credit card and once insurance pays they automatically charge my credit card for remainder of bill! I am old school and can’t figure out why they cannot bill me! Will never go back and cannot refer anyone else to use this facility!!!

I had my PET scan scheduled for 10:30 and they screwed up my insurance and had my primary as the wrong one. I sat there for an hour while they straightened it out. I’ve been there several times and they had this information already,

The noise level in the waiting room is way too high for a medical office. While the waiting room is spacious; the testing and changing room areas are too small and uncomfortable.

The tech’s were great, The process and appointment were horrible, I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, late on the Friday before my appointment that was on Monday I received a call that they had to cancel my appointment, Then said can you make it at 10 am, I said yes, they put me on hold and came back and said the best they could do was 1st week in April, I asked for a supervisor and held and they hung up, then on Sunday afternoon they called to confirm my appointment for 10 am ,, Horrible the way they did this and I ... read more

Staff pleasant, however they couldn’t find what kind of spine x-ray my dr ordered. They sat me in a cold hallway for 45 minutes until that was straightened out. I had just had another procedure there that morning that required no food or water for previous 12 hrs. I am diabetic so was getting low blood sugar by the time spinal x-ray was done and I was able to go home.Not good! Guess I’ll have to bring food next time in case they mess up again.

Felt like equipment was outdated. Took really fast pictures. I’ve had mammograms that are more extensive with more pictures. Breast was not completely taken. I have not had any issues so the exam was a normal one that I have always had at Banner Will not go back here. Banner Baywood is far better. Felt like it was just a heard of cattle being funneled into and out of the place as fast as they could

sent to wrong office one day for the test I needed, rescheduled for appt the next day at another location. got there on time to be told my appt was changed to several hrs earlier and a voicemail was left for me that I never got. wanted to reschedule me for the 6th. had to request management get on the phone. all of this happening while using Uber
