The scheduling is the worst. You complete the paperwork prior to arrival. They open at 8 am and I had an 8:30 appointment and I had to wait an hour. How can you be that far behind when you have only been open 30 min. This is not my first experience with Simon Med and unfortunately this has been a typical experience. The imaging staff do a great job and are professional. But when you pay hundreds of dollars for a service, it should be much better. Why make appointments if you are going to waste half your day.
Exam was canceled-I never received any information, a phone call or a text message that it was canceled. I showed up at facility on scheduled day and time and found out it was canceled
After waiting in line for 30 min. Some of that outside in 100 degree temps, Was told by the front desk I would need to reschedule because they had me down for an ultrasound rather than MRI. 3 days before I had gone back and forth most of the day between my dr. And the Simon med rep. about what type of imaging service I would get.
Front desk and receptionist personnel are the first impression of the company. Yours at the Apache Junction and Greenfield locations are totally lacking in customer service skills, professionalism, and competency.
RecommendedI was scheduling a mammogram screening online and the information that was needed online was not on the script it’s way too technical-based. After several times of trying to figure it out online I finally called and sit on hold for 30 minutes to talk to a real person
Took 3 hrs of waiting to get an X-ray because they couldn’t verify the insurance. They will not schedule appointments and do walk in only. They could verify insurance prior to my arrival if they had allowed appointments.
Had an appointment and waited forever. Rude service and only one image completed. 2nd time in a row. Horrible! No manager responded. Sat in a dark room where they forgot me and I walked out. Waste of time.
The techs were amazing!!! The check in process and front desk helper were not.
My doctors appointment was at 5:30 PM, and I was told to arrive at 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5 PM and was told that my appointment was at 6 PM and that there was an hour wait. I explained that I had just had double cataract surgery and could not drive after dark. They finally told me they were running on time, but it was dark when I left.
