Just had a chest X-ray done here and the front desk was so nice I didn’t have an appointment but they allow me to wait and within an hour I was done The X-ray text especially the girl who set me up for the X-ray was excellent and the fellow who took me into the girl was very nice. Vi will definitely use them again if I need imaging done Thanks Robert Holder
Been coming here for years the staff are amazing
🟡🟡🟡⚪️⚪️ Friendly, confident, approachable staff in the imaging areas. Admin staff a little less so. I was called and asked to come in 90 minutes earlier than my appointment. Waiting room full. Not seen until my original appointment time. What was the point of asking me to come in early? Place has the ambience of a Tijuana Methadone clinic.
Horrible place!!! No one speaks/understands English. Appointment was rescheduled 3 times with no explanation. Volumes of paperwork to complete that nobody looks at. No respect for your privacy.
La atención es deficiente, no hablan en español así que los que no hablamos inglés pasamos trabajo y somos motivo de burlas. La atención en mi caso demoró más de tres horas. Me realizaron examen en riñones y vejiga. Tuve que esperar y fue dolorosa la espera. Al momento del examen, la persona hizo exclamaciones de asombro como por ejemplo Oh my Good, en varias ocasiones dando a entender que algo no va bien. Considero esto falta de ética profesional. Walked in for my appointment, front desk person didn’t even let me speak cut me off , need more education how to deal with people and when I was called to do procedure , she called my name twice , I told her I had to return my paper work to front desk when I turned around she had disappeared and then down the hall I saw her with her bag guess she was going on her break and I was left stands there waiting until the technician called me . Very unprofessional I’ve been going here for years until yesterday
It has taken us 2 days, 7 calls, 3 different agents to complete a renal ultrasound for my husband. They have told us the orders were not there, so I had the doctor’s office send them and they still insisted they could not perform the test until next day. Forward to the next day at 7am, a very condescending agent informs us that we do not have an appt that day and proceeds to lecture us on procedures and when I showed the confirmation from them on my phone she dismissed me, showing no empathy. Terrible front desk staff. They didn’t even check me in until after I sat there 30 minutes past my appointment time. When they finally started my check in process and I handed over the order, she said oh your here for an X-ray? No, I was there for a CT scan!!!!
