They need a much better check in system. You will never be seen at your appointment time or even a few minutes later. Waited in line over 40 mins to check in, in spite of completing all paperwork online days before. Very few places to sit so if you’re handicapped, disabled or elderly know you’ll be standing in the waiting area a long time. They need to hire more receptionists and limit the number of appointments they schedule to make sure they stay on time. Receptionists weren’t friendly... seemed very cold. My first time at the Oak St facility. Receptionist was rude, and very unorganized, she was working alone. Long line and waiting area was packed and no seating. X-ray tech was very nice.

Over booked appointments, receptionist area is total chaos. They do not honor your appointment time. Receptionist are not courteous.

Worst office personnel staff I’ve ever seen! I had an appointment and still waited 3 hours for my X-rays. When I went to check back after an hour of waiting in my car I was told X-ray was 2 hours behind and then the person at the counter turned her back. When I went back on at 2 the hour mark to get my order and leave she said my order was already in the back and I would be called within minutes. 40 minutes later I was taken back. What a huge cluster F! appointment was 8am, got a call saying it was 7:30. Showed up they don't open until 8. Folks lined up at the door until 8:30, a patient told us to use the back door. got through registration and then told to wait in my car. An hour later no call. who runs a medical office like this? oh, bathroom out of order, printer out of order. . . what else is out of order?
schedule dept. needs to b retrained. making appointments to facilities that dont do that test. they should be knowledgeable on a available test and any special preps was a nightmare.

Got there early to my appointment and they were supposed to be open at 8am. Didn't open the doors until almost 8:30 and gave no reason or apology. Older man with a cane had been waiting for a 8am appointment and had arrived at 7:45. Receptionist and at least one other were inside they just didn't open.
