Fue mala mi primera experiencia en este lugar llegamos 7:20 am tenia cita 8:15 pero estube hasta las 11:30 y todavía no me acabaron de atender, la mujer que me atendió en la mamografía fue brusca , me la hizo dos veces y que todavía faltaba una vez mas, yo estaba tan adolorida que me fui de ese lugar!
Muy mala la atención en Simonmed ubicado en 1125 Miranda Ln, me dieron cita el 21 de Abril a las 4:20pm para un RX de cervical y CT de la cabeza, pedi permiso en mi trabajo y cuando llegue me dijeron
Muy mala atención las recepcionistas son lo peor no lo recomiendo desde que uno llega se siente la mala energía de los empleados
Every appointment I’ve had to wait over an hour.
I had a 3 pm appointment and I was not asked in till 4:58pm to get my MRV done. I was early too. I was there by 2:45 pm. It was a nightmare.
Los empleados no tienen ningún tipo de consideración con las personas mayores viejos son intolerables
The Check in process was very poor. The lady sitting in window number two at the Kissimmee location was very condescending, rude, unprofessional and should not be dealing with customers. She made me feel very uncomfortable and not wanting to ever go back to this facility.
Recommendedyo estuve hace 2 días me dijeron a las 4:00pm para hacer el papeleo, 4:20 era mi cita y a las 4:30 me llamaron y salí rápido a ladv4:55ya había salido. El personal no tuve problemas ni cuando me hice el examen. muchas gracias. CJPA
Upon entering for my first visit and waiting in a confusing waiting line to check in, I was told that I was at the wrong building because I was scheduled for a mammogram. The directions concerning this would be helpful if it was posted outside and the buildings were labeled. After entering the second building, I was greeted by a receptionist that checked my identification and insurance. After completing this, the receptionist wished me"blessed day".
