RecommendedI called to make an appointment when I arrived at Simon in Hunterscreek , they said it was the wrong date. They couldn’t take me in and send me to Simons in Oak St. 2days later. They need to get together in the appointments.
you can get all your imaging done here, but without an appointment plan on waiting a long time (over an hour) you cannot get a live body on the phone to make an appointment and my insurance wasn't listed and I know they take it.
Do not ask me to show up 30 min early for my appointment and fail to notify me you are running over an hour and a half behind schedule. Text me so I can arrive later. and don't check me in telling me I will be taken back in a few minutes when it is going to be over an hour and a half. and then don't get huffy when I come up to ask what the problem is and why you didn't let me know you were running that far behind (oh and I would've made a 6 am appointment, but you told me I couldn't bring my kids, yet there were at least ... read more
Visite el lugar en el día de ayer para hacerme un ultrasonido sobre mi embarazo y fue maravillosos porque a pesar de las dificultades que existen con el covid me dejaron entrará con un acompañante y me entregaron varias fotos de mi bebe , la michacha de los ultrasonidos es maravillosos te explica todo con detalles , lo único malo fue la larga espera para poder hacer el cheking me demoreas de media hora pero no todo fue mala porque obtuve lo que quería unas fotos de mi bebe en el vientre 🥰😀🙏
I had to wait almost 3 hours to be attended , the employee Jessica had no communication with front desk which made me wait another half and hour. the place should get more organized and more employees .
Beginning with the front desk the need to have patience and empathy, which the lack. Once you go back to the the technicians they also lack empathy. I had to tell my tech to help me off the MRI machine. So from a 1 to 5 I will give them a 1. This is for the one in Kissimmee.
Soy una señora de 76 años y se me olvidan las cosas. Le pregunté a una de las señoritas del front desk por los resultados y me dijo amablemente que se lo enviarían al doctor. Pero también quería el disco y mi hija día a pedirlo y otra señorita le salió con actitudes. Pienso que si el trabajo que hacen no les gusta que le den a otra persona su posición que la desempeñe mejor especialmente con las personas envejecientes.
It is like a nightmare…My appointment was at 10:15am, I arrived to the place at 10:00 am because they told me arrive 15 minutes early and I was in line for 50 minutes…very rude staff they don’t care about people they only care about bring a lot of people at the same time…I am going definitely to another place 😡
Te dan appt para una hora y te tienen 4 horas esperando. Las recepcionistas se dan su puesto para atender a los paciente. En especial la personas mayores hablo por mi experiencia.
