Me hicieron esperar 45 minutos y ya estaba en ayuno prolongado( más de 12 horas de ayuno) la señora de la ventanilla 2 nunca volteó a mirar mi cara , bien maleducada. La Sra del front desk una maravilla, orienta y muy amable.

RecommendedYour social distancing is terrible. You have ppl sitting right next to each other while half of the room is completely empty. I had a man practically sit on top of me because there were no other seats. In theses times of Rampant Covid you can do better and not put ppl at risk in the Kissimmee office

I will be looking for another imaging location for future needs. I made an appointment a month in advance with professional imaging but was confused when SimonMed kept calling me, no one bothered to tell me they bought out Professional. SimonMed called me twice the day before my appointment and the second caller finally told me to go to a different office and about the buy out. While the test and tech were good and prompt, the front office staff left me not wanting to return. They were making rude comments about patients and how "people are". I thought if they about them like that, they talk about me like that. I'm gonna use the Hunters Creek office from now on.
RecommendedI went SimonNed early than 8-am and thankfully they were open a nice girl ask me pay co-pay $55 but my all co- payments according to my insurance CarePlus suppose to be $20. I was not aware about $55. But I payed to get my MRI done but didn’t like that surprise. A guy took me in and stick needle on my vain not telling for what and I didn’t ask thinking they know what they do. I didn’t want to do by contrast but I wanted NO Contrast he didn’t bring this up. I was there for an MRI no Contrast and the nurse there started poking me when I told her no contrast why she’s poking my vein. She said yes the order said contrast and I said no. She did anyways and after she poked me the needle came out and blood everywhere and all she said was sorry I will be right back! A guy nurse came and said let’s go get your MRI we called the doctor and they said no contrast! I was so upset because I swear it said that on the order! People there do things and not double checking not sure if they want... read more
they need to not overbook i waited 2hrs for a mamogram.
Given an 8:45Am appointment, arrived at 8:15, they said I would called shortly and after I asked about my appointment time 3 times they finally called me at 9:30 or late, I was so stressed I didn’t even check the time!! When I scheduled the tests I asked how long the procedures would take and they said about an hour each and they were quicker then that, thank goodness. I finally arrived home at 11:20am. Our time is as important as theirs and they should remember that !!
