2 years in a row using this location for my mammogram, they had a 45 min wait last year despite me having an appointment. This year I was told to arrive at 6:30 for my 6:45 appt, verbally and via text. I arrived at 6:30, the building was locked & lights were off. I had to wait until 6:50, the person told me “it’s been a morning” when I asked why I had to arrive just to wait for 20 min. Tech was great but office staff is lacking.
My technician talked to his manager for 45 minutes while I waited for my 7am scan that took 2 minutes.

at 230 pm there was a 2 hr wait for a simple XRay (walk in only). this facility at 63rd st in Mesa opens at 830 am. the next day at 840 am there was a 2 hr wait. the conversation about whether I cd be guaranteed a place in line if I left and other information was just as illogical. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

I went in for a basic chest xray person behind the counter, George never greeted me & never acknowledged me. I stood there for over 5min while he work on his computer. Then he accused me of being rude

Absolutely terrible. Something that should be as simple as calling to check the time of an appointment is made unreasonably difficult. The ludacris amount of so-called security measures just to say "10:00" has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with security or safety. It's just them being a-holes.
This place is a scam or ran by scam artists who steal ppl money. I paid $500+ the date of service and they sending me bills 6 months later. My insurance company said they shouldn’t have taken a payment the day of service. They owe me money and I want my money back now.

I had the worst experience ever there while getting a mammogram. The tech seemed bothered, she was rude and made unnecessary comments. She made me feel like I was bother to her for her to actually do her job. I am tuff but this woman broke me. I left there in tears. I do have to say the Office Manager Lexie was very kind and understanding when I called to complain. this is the first time in all the years going to SimonMed that I encountered someone so uncaring.

Absolutely WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If you have any other option, take it and RUN from this company. Their scheduling process is a nightmare, they cancel your appt. with no notification, run you around on the phone for hours, hang up on you while being "transferred", and quote then charge different prices. Nightmare experience, and the communication in this company is abysmal. Save yourself the lost time, money, and frustration. NEVER again.

I had scheduled a mammogram/ultrasound on July 2nd. They insisted I put a card on file in order to have my appointment. I was assured that I would be notified before being billed any remaining balance due after my insurance was billed. Instead, I have been continuously billed even after my account was paid in full, and was double or quadruple billed each time.
