why because.. 12/24/21 your company charged us deductible that we had already meet. how do I that. because just been too to other Simon med for other testing in one weeks prior. plus 2021 in out hospital and Dr visit. then you still not refund 😒 our money back. then today again your staff our lost , very unpleasant and uncomfortable situations we had to reschedule because your staff front desk have no idea what their doing. Third time the scheduling was screwed up. This time I received all the txt to check in online and when I get to the front desk, they said the appointment was canceled. I didn’t cancel who did and they couldn’t tell me. The tech brought me in a little late but he was great

I have been fighting with SimonMed imaging to cancel a payment arrangement for a service I never received. Meanwhile they have been taking $83 a month since June from my account and no one seems to be able to make it stop nor have they refunded me. Acct# 1672578
The service was horrible. They were under staffed and over worked. The wait was ridiculous.
it was dirty. and the people hadn't learned customer service yet. there was also a man in the back after my mammo. uncomfortable to say the least.
I follow the instructions given by the site! The site advises to click on web site to let the office know thyou are here. After seeing 7 people go ahead of me I asked the clerk why hadn’t I been called! She informed me the system DOES NOT work and I would have to fill out my paperwork by hand. There was NO signage stating the system was down. Very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. I will never use this location again, due to the actions of the front desk.
