was waiting for 3 hours to have my mamo and an mri my paperwork was in the wrong file. they didn't preauth for my mri .

Clinic people are good. If you have issues making appointments go to nearest clinic and ask for help. Scheduling staff is either overworked and need help or under trained or just don’t give a sh!t. Appointments changed at last minute, appointments lost, no prep info given. Scheduling calls and leaves a message to call back but they NEVER answer the phone.

Worst experience ever. We took our 18 month old daughter for x rays and waited two hours because the tech or front desk didn’t handle accordingly. Once I escalated come to find out the tech was just sitting at his desk. The worse part is something was clearly wrong and no action was taken just kept smiling at us when we were clearly upset. I apologies or acknowledgement of the poor service. Looks like this is an issue with management starting with the regional manager but hey keep him or her k. The payroll!

Review is regarding the Higley location in Mesa: Front desk receptionist was rude. She didn't greet me and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while she entered in another patient's information. Then she tells me that my appointment will have to be rescheduled because I'm 5 minutes late despite the fact that I've been ignored by her at the front for the last 5 minutes. Where is the customer service??? I will never return to this location.

Very frustrating. I was sent to the location closest to me only to find out they were not doing X-rays that day. Was sent another and promised they were. Nope. Finally found a location far from my home that was doing X-rays. I waited an hour and half to get called. Staff was great, but the wait time and the driving all over to find a good location was senseless. Especially when you’re in pain the whole time.

Ladies at the front desk were rude, the guy doing the pelvic exam was very nice and knew how to do his job and made me feel more comfortable.

xray tech shows no sympathy toward one who is in pain and receiving service truthfully the entire company needs a customer service training course unfortunately this is who my lawyers and doctors go through but I will say the office on kyrene has Lovely workers respectful considerate and pleasant.
