The lobby is full of people....especially with this pandemic... to see so many people in a small closed up place is so frightening to me.

I could not believe that a medical facility like Simon Med would not have hand sanitizer available for patient use. The person who scheduled my appointment messed it up by scheduling me to a location on the other side of Phoenix. They rescheduled to the correct site the next day. In addition, I was there to try to determine what the lump in my armpit was. The doctor at the facility was very hurried because he was going to a virtual wedding and did not want to be late. Don’t go to Mesa right of 60 location as the lady in the front office did not crack a smile and no hand sanitizer directly available and no cleaning of chairs ! Then in the back my gown was so thin you could see skin. Back staff was professional!

Checked in for a mammo at 11:23 (not at 11:15) for an 11:30 appt. At 1:10 I left... Appointment was made a month ago. At an hour, I was told they were running behind. At least 20 people came in, had their test done and left in that time. Why was I treated so poorly? There is no excuse for a 90 minute wait, except INCREDIBLE incompetence. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Check out my Yelp review.

Last year - I was told my mammogram ultrasound was fine however the tech told me where the area of concern is- turns out cancer - had a full mastectomy. Had I listened to Simon Med and waited a Year to come back- I would of had stage 4 cancer. On NYE my son had 2 MRI- I was billed $461 2 weeks later. Our deductible was met. I was told a refund in 1-5 days. Still waiting for it and it’s been 5 days. Yesterday my son had another MRI and we got there at 6:45 am- the time we were asked to be there. I Made an appointment for a mammogram at 8:30 am (opens at 8). Did not get the test until 10am. People that came in after me and had scheduled appointments after me were seen before me. Come to find out that the front desk didn’t give me 1 paper to fill out for the mammogram. I’m not sure why that 1 paper had to be complete before the screening!!

I have used them for years for various tests and never waited 30 minutes for a scheduled appt. very disappointed.

This is at least the 3rd time you have made my loved one wait over an hour and then told her she could not have her MRI unless she paid what insurance doesn’t cover IN FULL. Why would you not. All before hand to let someone know so they can make arrangements? And I find the staff there to be cold and uncaring.....not a place we will recommend or go to again. Shame on you Simon Med
