Avoid at all costs waited 3.5 hours for x ray while they put people in front of you. Slow staff, tech then left and wait was now 4 plus hours. Never going there again.
I had to take my son in for an X-ray. I made an appointment online for Monday at 10am. Got an email to check in online. Did that, arrived at 9:50. The line was so long to be helped. I literally waited in the line till 10:25 to be helped. There were 3 receptionists at the front desk but for some reason they were not helping people fast enough. It literally took over 30 minutes just to be “checked in”. Then once I got help, I stated my sons appt was for 10am. She said well those aren’t really appointments. Just hold your spot.... read more
MRI Chinese tech was very rude to patient on 6/25/21. He told me take pants off. I asked him underwear too.I told you what to do .Said He .yes After I changed he stood outside asking me are you done .?yes said I.he opened the door and said :I told you leave door open as you done . The truth he lost his mind .he told me change .and sat on chair. Waited .and walked out .
Received bad info from the scheduling center and one of the two facilities I was referred to. When I arrived at the correct facility I waited 45 min past my appointment and some people were told they were running 2 hours behind on some procedures. That is a scheduling problem. The on-site staff though was friendly and the techs and Doctor I saw were friendly and good.
had a 9:00 appointment and was not seen till 10:20. I had to fast and I'm diabetes so I was just shaking. they were so rude. I will never go there again. I got ear damage from a mri I had there two weeks ago
Long time waiting and are very rude
Waited over an hour for my appt in a crowded small waiting room during Covid. The room had people waiting outside and packed inside. No bags for your clothes, had to carry them around, no restrooms until you got in the back. It was a terrible and scary experience, especially with the social distancing and crowd control not taking place.
Every time I come to this location there is a problem. This last time they double booked, then took in the lady that got here after me. I waited over two hours for my appointment. Very disorganized. Horrible experience every time. I’ll find a different location next time if needed but will never come back to this one.
totally unorganized with their new computer system. plan on coming 45-60 minutes early if you want to make your appt time.
