SimonMed have the worst employees that does billing. There were two billing errors from only one visit to their clinic. They charged me twice and both bills have different amount charges. I call 5 times, each took half an hour on the phone waiting for someone to pick up and each time they told me to call back for updates. The last time I called they told me that they are not going to refund me the $100 they over charged me. I called to schedule a bariam swallow test over the phone and was on hold for almost an hour so I decided to schedule online. I didn't see this actual test listed but made the appointment anyway. I called again to confirm the test and the representative assured me everything was set. On the day of the test, I had to fast and my appointment was not until the afternoon. I requested they send an MRI scan completed four months ago to a provider who needed to review it but several calls over several days to the medical records number resulted in my leaving multiple voicemail messages. No live person ever picked up the call. No-one has returned the calls so it seems that this organization does not provide this service. I'm quite disgusted and frustrated with this dreadful organization and would suggest anyone needing medical imaging use a competitor. ***** *

I've had problems with Simon Med for years, but my doctors keep sending me to them. If they are not messing up my balance, they are giving me misinformation or losing requests from my doctor. After reading all the complaints on this site, I am convinced that they have some very serious unethical business practices that must be addressed by someone who has the authority to force them to comply with ethical business practices. I had a Bone density test, and that went okay , my complaint is the technician has not been vaccinated for Covid 19 and I asked why not. She stated she didn't think they did any good. Hello, there is a reason why we lead the world in Covid19 cases. Too bad Simon Med does not take the health of their patients seriously and get their help vaccinated. Next time i will use some other company with more respect for their patients.

I also have had appts cancelled just before appt time. Rescheduled 2x then on the 3rdx, they called to say they were running an hr behind but I still had to CHECK IN ON TIME! I asked if I could check in 45mins later (as I work and an hr of sitting in their waiting room is an hr of lost pay), they said, "you can check in and leave". I then asked if I could check in on-line and the answer was "yes but we will call you when we have time for you but you'll only have 15mins to get here." Foremost, I'd like to say the patient care personal have always been extremely kind, caring and thorough. NO complaints on that end. However the billing department is wholly incompetent at best. My husband has a CT scan in Sept of 2020. Pre auth is required via telligen. Simon Med assured us they got pre auth ahead of appt. but apparently did not. Ive been using simon med for all of my cat scans mris etc for the last few years with no problem recently they have been asking for payment upfront when Im covered with blue cross blue shield 100% no payment required I had to wait 5 days to verify coverage ,today I had an appointment at 900am they required a payment upfront i told them i was 100% covered they wouldnt call my insurance to verify even though i had a 5 day waiting period.They wanted co pay and bill insurance company and then i would have to seek reimbursement ,... read more

I just had the second appointment cancelled, this one was 1 1/2 hours before hand. the first one was a day before. they say they don't have a doctor on staff for the day I've requested the appointment but I didn't request the day it was done because they had to have a provider on staff. When I tried to express my concerns today the woman on the phone didn't want to hear it and kept talking over me.
