I especially had an amazing experience with Priscilla Palma at the front desk who was very helpful and kind. The gal in X-ray was very kind and helpful as well. I was told to arrive 60 minutes early, which I thought was odd but did anyway. Upon arrival they let me know I was an hour early I replied I was told to be here early. They checked me in and I was admitted earlier than my original appointment. Very happy.

Although I waited close to an hour after my appointment time to be seen, Eric and the technicians were extremely personable and efficient. Went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. A 3D machine from another SimonMed location was down and they were trying to fit in patients from that location. Things happen. Just bring your patience.
