RecommendedI have had multiple diagnostic tests done through SimonMed, and each time that I’ve been in, the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and professional. Also, my wait time is always less than 15 minutes. The techs explain everything in detail before they proceed with the imaging, and they make sure that you are comfortable during the procedures being performed. I highly recommend SimonMed for all of your imaging needs.

RecommendedExcellent service, however Getting an appointment for a recheck was very difficult I think a recheck because of something suspicious should be given some priority and that was not the case.

They lost My order for a cat scan I was scheduled to have completed, so when I showed up for the scan, that SimonMed confirmed I was scheduled to get, through an email confirmation, I was forced to reschedule to another date. When I showed up for the rescheduled cat scan, I was informed that their cat scan machine was not functioning. I had to reschedule the cat scan for the 3rd time at a different simonmed location. It took 3 additional weeks to finally get the cat scan completed.
