RecommendedHad a great experience at SimonMed. Very professional, helpful and caring people. I am in a wheelchair full time. They went out of their way to make sure my special needs were met and I truly appreciated the effort to alleviate my anxiety.

RecommendedI arrived at my appointment at 8:11 I did not go back until 9:05. The temperature in the room with 67 because I was right next to the thermostat. There is only one reception helping there must’ve been about maybe 15 people waiting to get imaging done. I watched multiple people go back-and-forth I finally got up and ask the receptionist am I ever going to be taken back she called the girl in the back end I took her another 10 minutes to come up and get me moving forward if it all possible I will I always go to the one in Dese... read more

RecommendedThey were all pleasant employees. The woman at front desk had a lot to do for 1 person checking in people and sanitizing things. I felt bad for her but she was very nice considering she was alone. It took at least 5 min. to get to me and check in!
