The Gentleman working at Simon Med were great! I didn’t think I was claustrophobic... but as it turns out, I was just a bit! They were kind and understanding, reassuring me that I’d get through the MRI, and even gave me a mint to help calm my mind! I had a panic button, but did not have to use it! Great job guys, you got me through it!! Thank you!!

My MRI tech was amazing. He explained all aspects of the study in detail. The IV placement was flawless. My right shoulder was uncomfortable and he repositioned it successfully. He had a MRI safe wheelchair which he used to get me on and off the table since my walker was not suitable. The facility implementation of the Covid 19 precautions was well done. My only complaint was the wait. From my time of arrival to completion of the study took 2 1/2 hours. My husband had to come with me because I have a fractured femur... read more
