well my mom has Alzheimers, and something upset her, and she wanted to leave, she couldn't figure out why people were coming and going. well shortly that we got called back. I'm pretty sure the tech knew she was aggregated, next thing I hear her laughing. He was really good with her. so apologies for her behavior. For a rating of 1 to 5 , with 5 as the highest I would recommend 4.5 for the reception and attitude of staff. For my ABI imaging , it only took me 30 minutes from the time I came in the front office to the back office procedure.. Not bad.
