well my mom has Alzheimers, and something upset her, and she wanted to leave, she couldn't figure out why people were coming and going. well shortly that we got called back. I'm pretty sure the tech knew she was aggregated, next thing I hear her laughing. He was really good with her. so apologies for her behavior. People know their job. They are friendly and put you at ease.
The staff was very patient, kind knowledgeable. Being and elderly person with disabilities, the young woman and young man were very sweet and accommodating.
They were prompt and professional .
For a rating of 1 to 5 , with 5 as the highest I would recommend 4.5 for the reception and attitude of staff. For my ABI imaging , it only took me 30 minutes from the time I came in the front office to the back office procedure.. Not bad.
Great on time service. Knew my history.
