I believe his name was Steven. He was wonderful and kind! I would give him a 10 on knowledge and professionalism doing the PET scan. I had the scan yesterday.
They had showed a concern for my health.
They made everything easy. And everyone I talked to and worked with was kind and showed an interest in me. They did everything to make a stressful procedure (for me) as easy as possible. I would be more at ease if I had to have an MRI again.

For God Sakes! It's been 10 days! Read my God D××× Cat Scan! This is absolutely ridiculous that I still don't have a report! I have called about this 10 times this week and every damn person I talk to says they will have it done by the end of the day!!! WTF!!!!
They demanded we pay when deductible already met. Will not call to insurance. We had to call and put representative from insurance on the line to confirm. Only looked at individual deductible when family had been met. Just got out of hospital. In extreme pain and they couldn’t care less. Go somewhere else if doctor refers you here. Customer service is non-existent. 0 stars if I could.
The location on 94th Ave and Thunderbird is a JOKE... always running behind EVERY TIME and NEVER respecting a patient's time. AVOID this location at all costs! Staff too busy getting food delivered instead of actually working.
My portal with simon med is very incomplete. Girls at front office hav confirmed 5 records are missing. Nobody seems to be able to bring the portal up to date. Trying to do it by phone ends up in an endless circle or with a hang up. They need better customer sevice
