one shouldn't make an appointment for a specific time show up early and still have to wait past your time
Everything about scheduling was difficult and I watched 3 patients leave because of scheduling issues!
I tried to make an appointment for my daughter and the person answering the phone didn’t understand english. I finally gave up and scheduled the ultrasound online. I received a confirmation email and we went to the appointment. When we arrived the front office staff said they didn’t have an appointment for her. We showed them the confirmation email and they said “yeah that’s automated and it must have been cancelled.” They were so rude. It sounds like you have some great technicians and I was really looking forward to working with Tina tomorrow for my MRI. Unfortunately, the telephone system is sooooo bad and the scheduling/insurance people make it impossible to get an appointment and nobody seems to know what they are doing. For the second time today, my appointment for tomorrow has been cancelled due to incompetence and the refusal of the telephone reps to allow me to speak to a supervisor.
Had to have imaging done that required me to drink a lot of water. Had first appointment at 8 AM. They did not have doctors paper work so Had to contact doctors office. No answer so I drove to my primay's office and to relieve myself which made my imaging canceled. Went home, rescheduled and called my primary and talked to my chronic care person Janice who found out Simon did have paper work. Always behind for appts. Up to an hour.
The tech was rude. I had to make my appointment by the phone because the online option was not working for me. I got a person from India because they outsource, and was not told to come 15 minutes early. The tech was sure to let me know I was late and that she was rushed and only had five minutes to do my exam. She asked me if I had my Covid shot which I can understand being in the medical field why they would ask . I did not need to get a lecture on how many people are vaccinated and how many doctors agree with it.
I had a appt. on a Saturday and the person handling the appointments confirmed that the appt. was at the proper location. However, it was at a different location!!! That means I have to wait another WEEK for my MRI !!!!!
Total incompetence at every turn. Can’t even take up the space to tell you all the errors that were made. Horrible experience from the first phone call to FINALLY getting the procedure.
