The ladies room is so filthy with no hand soap, the floor was so dirty no way it’s been cleaned in months, front office girls were so rude and couldn’t care less about anything except being rude to literally every person. I asked a question about why something was on the Simon med sheet I was filling out,,, her response? Mam it’s mandatory you have to do it!!! Go somewhere else this place isn’t worth the trouble.

Went for my 7pm MRI. it had been changed without my knowledge. So had to wait for an opening at 8. I then had to wait over an hour. Then as time went on it started getting dark. I asked the receptionist if there was security around. She’s said no. There was no one to call if there was a problem. I had an uneasy feeling until I was safely in my car and on my way home. I would not recommend that SimonMed for late appointments.

I have never been so pissed off about a business, and them wasting my time AND money. I'm " supposed " to have 2 MRI's scheduled tonigh at 730. I was called at 1245 asking me to come in at 5, which I couldn't do with having to drive 22 miles from NE Phoenix I took off work early, costing me more money, and rush iver after i agree on a 530 check in/6 appointment. My Doctor ordered a Mammogram & Ultrasound on 12/23/2023 SimonMed could not schedule me until 02/16/2023 ~ 10 days before my appt. SimonMed starts calling me saying they received orders from my Doctor to schedule…I’m already scheduled and you had those orders since December! Got to my appoint yesterday ~ confirmed I would be having both procedures done ~ Sat and waited then they called me up to tell me the technician would only be doing the Mammo & the Ultra sound wasn’t needed. Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

I had an appointment for 1 pm. I checked in 5 to 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and had to wait an hour before I could get my X-ray. What is the point of an appointment?? When I had tried to do a walk-in earlier I was told the wait was an hour it is why I made an appointment and came back later.

First they gave me a number that didn’t answer to call. Then they couldn’t get me in and I had to reschedule my doctors appointment. Then they made an appointment and gave me instructions for the wrong test and had to call me back later to correct them. It seems the place is screwed up although I hope my test came through OK well it finally came time to take it. They also had me register in advance online and then made me register again in hardcopy in the office.
