RecommendedClean, professional, courteous , timely, convenient I had an appt at 2:30 with a 2:00 check in. I was a few mi it’s late for my check in but they were kind and got me in and out for an MRI in record time.

The staff is welcoming and eager to assist. When I came in for my first appointment, I found I needed to reschedule, and they were extremely helpful in getting me back in as soon as possible. The technician that did my imaging was very informative and concerned about my comfort. I'm claustrophobic, and he checked on me several times during the test to ensure I was comfortable. Thank you, SimonMed staff, for making this a very positive experience.

the x-ray tech was very pleasant. She knew how busy it was, yet took the time with me as needed. I didn't mind waiting, as I knew as a walk in that was to be expected. However, it would have been more helpful if the locations were updated. I sent to one location, after waiting 45 minutes, I was told that location did not accept my insurance. The attendant called ahead, sending my order electronically to a different locale. I was given an address, so I went. I saw the big sign "Simon Med", so I thought I had arrived, ... read more
