when we got there at 8 in the morning they said they didn't have the referral they had to have had the the referral because they were the ones that called and made the appointment so we left without my husband getting his CT scan on his chest. I called the doctor's office who sent the referral and they said the referral had been sent. also one of the girls at the front desk was dressed completely appropriately.

I had a scheduled mammogram appointment this past Monday and tried to cancel via the texts from Simon Med. I tried to call the number to cancel and, after waiting for a representative to pick up my call I was given the opportunity to dial “1” for representative to call me back. I did not receive a call back. I tried again Monday morning, had to dial “1” again and did not receive a call back but DID RECEIVE a text thanking me for using Simon Med and was asked to leave a review. The front staff doesn’t care about you not willing to help they made my appointment I get there they tell me they don’t have a doctor there to do my appointment and she was blaming me for making that appointment how would I know there’s no doctor there to do my CT scan I told her I need to get it done and she said she can’t do nothing except give me appointment for Monday I can’t just takeoff work anytime I want .I told her I lost a half a day pay to come get this done And all she said was sorry like she didn’t care not even... read more

I have never had an issue with Simon Med until now. I presented to this facility for an X-ray, provided updated insurance card for verification and was told they were out of net with my provider. I said no problem, what are your cash pay rates? I was told they were running a special on cash pay at $25/xray. I then received a bill for $186 dollars, minus my $25 which was deducted of the cost. I love coming to this location. They are prompt and quick. I do have periodic problems with check in. I wish it was smoother. At my appt I overhead the front desk telling a customer not to make appointments over the phone or online. They were told to only come in to a location and make an appointment. If there are problems please fix it this is very u professional to tell this to a customer. Also I think front desk should have a dress code because her blouse was very low.

I had an MRI on low back and for the first time ever she wouldn't put a prop under my knees so I could take pressure off low back. I am swollen and in agony today. Very upset. Will never go back to that location. Had a mammogram after MRI and gal was very efficient and pleasant. Checking in fast and easy.
