RecommendedThe ladies at the check-in desk were very professional and prompt HOWEVER the tech who did my X-ray was very rude...she asked me to remove my bra and leave on my shirt, I was wearing a long necklace with a large pendant so I removed it and said to her “I assumed you wanted my necklace removed?” Her reply was... “well if I wanted you to take it off I would have told you so” in a very rude manner! I really didn’t appreciate being spoke to in that way, she could have handled it differently like maybe saying something like...oh ... read more
The young lady at the desk was curt and acted like she didn’t not really wanting to be there. Her first comment was “well there’s an hour and a half wait”. She seemed to be trying to persuade me not to stay. And yet my wait time was only about twenty minutes. The tech that took my X-Rays complained about patience not able to follow instructions.
Front counter staff at check in was too busy to even acknowledge my presence. Too busy on the phone while patients were lined up. Patients seemed to be an inconvenience. Sad management.
CT scan ordered STAT a week ago... Simon Med submitted auth to insurance without noting STAT OR URGENT. 3 times my husband showed for his scan and was told "no auth" yet today we called Simon Med and were told scan approved by insurance. What a joke this place is... no manager, no accountability and nobody gives a crap.
