An awful experience! A very frustrating appointment at Simon Med. I checked in at 10:50 for my 11:00 appointment. I was told to drink 32 oz of water 1 hour before so I told the receptionist that I hoped the appointment was on time since I already had a full bladder. By 11:20 I was desperate so I asked for the restroom realizing I would have to reschedule this appointment. I used the toilet only because I was desperate! I arrived a half hour early for a 7:45 PM appointment for a double MRI… certainly in a very timely manner. Nothing was mentioned about anything being awry or about being behind schedule. Just to sit down and they will be with me shortly. Finally, two hours later (an hour and a half after my scheduled 7:45 PM appointment) they came to tell me they were running a little bit behind. Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

I had a 9am MRI appointment and arrived 15 minutes early with all my paperwork finished before I arrived. There was one person who arrived before me. She got called back at 9. I asked if they had more than one machine and the receptionist said no. So I said, "if she's going in at 9, but my appointment was at 9..." The receptionist said "we're running a tad behind." I asked how much "a tad" was. For anyone who needs to know, "a tad" is equal to 45 minutes. How does a place get 45 minutes behind when they've only been open for... read more

This time Simon Med was horrible I was left wait to be seen for 2 hours people that had appoints after my schedule time where move in front of my time . and no one would say way that was taken place .. very angry...

I been sent to two different offices they know I have a spinal cord stimulator and they can’t figure out how to give me an MRI! Don’t go here

My apt was changed 3 times. When I did arrive for my 3:00 apt., I was told they were one hr behind due to double scheduling. Technicians were wonderful but management needs to do training for staff that does scheduling. Won’t use them again

If I could leave a review with negative stars, I would. Even one star is too many for SimonMed. My experience has been egregiously bad, and forget about getting customer service because there is no communication between the different sites and the people who answer the phones for simonmed (a call center in france or spain where people have no clue)

I was amazed at th conduct of the two girls at the desk. They were talking to each other and giggling very loudly. The other employees were very professional and got 5 stars I had to wait a long time and noticed others were surprised how the girls were so unprofessional. I am giving them one star as they did show up for work.
