Billing is always trying to get me to pay more than what my insurance says I owe. Can't get through the phone system!
Horrible scheduling experience, tests ran 50 minutes late and the tech took 4 attempts to complete the IV. Won’t be going back

This was the dirtiest unkempt medical office I have ever been in. A small TV was on the wall with wires on both sides half hung. Right under it by a patient’s chair was a big wad of paper towels as something had spilled. It was left in a pile uncleaned with a nice yellow sign that said caution. It’s an old building. It needs cleaned and it needs painted and it’s a little shit hole. The filth was the worse.

I arrived on time at my appointment. After talking to the receptionist, I waited for almost an hour, and then approached the receptionist again, and asked how long it would be until I was seen. She told me they were running behind and that it would be another hour and a half before I could get in for my imaging. She made no effort to tell me about the delay prior to my asking. The Thunderbird location is impossible to find. Why aren’t there any signs on the street? Do you WANT your clients to be late? The guy at the front desk was rude or dismissive to everyone in the waiting room when I was there. It was wild to witness. The sweet girl on the left saved the day for many people in the room. Thank you!! The techs were awesome. They made it as easy and relaxing as possible. Thank you girls for that!! Very professional, but very caring. Great staff except for cranky boy.

Front desk receptionist talking about another patients injury not in professional manner. Did not tell me that it would be at least an hour wait for my appointment. After requesting that I come early. CT technician was extremely rude and rough with my CT. I was in a lot of pain. She wouldn’t let me reposition or stretch or try anything to help. First of all, my doctor ordered X-rays and an MRI. I arrived 20 mins early for paper work. ( let me back up a second. I put off my appointment because first available was on Sat and there is no xray tech on Saturday! So I waited an additional two weeks to get both done together. My first issue is with the scheduling department!! Since the xray department closes before imaging, common sense would tell anyone one with brain!!!! To schedule xrays first!!!!
