Appointment time: 8 am. Technician arrival: 8:28. I arrived at 7:45 for paperwork as advised. Tests were quick and pleasant. While waiting, receptionist belittled elderly lady who did not have knowledge of Covid19. Receptionist raised her voice so everyone could hear. The fact she was dressed in a tank top and denim shorts (UNPROFESSIONAL!) took away her credibility. Definitely needs lesson in how to speak to patients. Will not come to this location again.
My friend had a real problem getting anyone to answer her questions... Not good customer service..

I went in for my 7am appointment i check in at 6:45am told her my name 7am appointment girl front office told me your computer not up yet told me to sit down she will call me back up i waited 45 minutes she never call me back up so I went back up there ask her when they going call me back she ask me what's my name I told her I check in at 6:45 told her my name already then she gave me Attitude not a good place go for your appointment i guess that how they treat Mexican there

I was LIVID yesterday when their office staff on Thunderbird had no plexiglass and wore no masks. That is medically irresponsible with Arizona numbers climbing. No social distance in waiting room. I waited in the car with temperatures of 109 outside. They were nice enough to call me when I was ready and the technician was masked and super at his job. Simon Med asked for this review...so they got it!
I had to wait an hour after my appointment time, while they tried to figure out that I did indeed have insurance which they said I did not have.
