22 Nov 2021 Rescheduled 10 Nov 2021 Was given contrast drink then front desk refused to perform CT scan. They claimed the code (?) was incorrect. Later the code did not change. 8 Dec 2021 Arrived at 9139 west Thunderbird. Was told the CT machine was down. Front desk claimed I received a phone message stated it was down. I did NOT receive any such message or phone call. Front desk said they could reschedule for January. Asked for supervisor and she rescheduled CT scan down the street for 45 minutes later. Walk in for chest X-ray. All that came after me kept going before me. After 1 hour I complained loudly and finally got in. Terribleness

I had to have three separate appointments before I was able to get my shoulder MRI’s. I filled out on line that I had an implant in my back. They never advised me to bring the remote to my first appointment at 6:30 am so my appointment was cancelled. My second appointment I brought the remote that controlled the implant but the tech told me the remote was not charged enough to do the MRI’s so that appointment was cancelled. I don't recommend the location in Sun City and this review for that location only. Arrived 35 min early for paper work. Their computers were down and receptionist apologised. Waiting room was full with standing room only and they approved me waiting in my car. This did not bother me because things happen and I understand. After waiting in my car for an hour and a half I was taken to the tech to perform the scan. I've had the same scan performed two yrs ago. I hope to never have to use SimonMed again. Will use Banner who are much more organized and polite. Very disappointed with workers at SimonMed.

I was notified 2 days before a new appointment that I needed X-rays. I went early the next because X-ray tech comes in at 7:30AM. Cannot make appointments for X-rays so check in and wait. Front desk was having such a fun time with 2 of the male clients who got right in and out. The fill-in X-ray tech came out a number of times to let them know her computer was not working. I don’t recommend the branch at 9403 W Thunderbird. Front office staff are awful. MRI appts were an hour behind schedule. This is exactly what happened at my last MRI appointment. Will be using Sun Radiology next time. The lobby was crowded with no attempt from staff to enforce social distancing. Chairs weren’t even 6 ft apart. Once you do get to the back the techs are great. Rachel the intern was great.

Horrible customer service. My mom’s appointment was at 1:30. And I received a text message and email confirming that. My mom lives in a senior home so it’s hard enough to get her out of there. And these folks refused to see her because we were there at 1:15. And they said our appointment was supposed to be at 1 o’clock. Such crap customer service.
