Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Barbara did my mammogram, was very sweet, professional and as gentle as possible. I’ve gone here several years and never had to go back for additional tests.

Tried to reschedule an appointment, the individual who answered the phone unfortunately has English as a second language and their accent was thick. Not very logical to put this individual on the phone when they cannot communicate well in English. They could not follow simple instructions, transferred me to another individual... very similar but unable to follow a simple request. Ultimately they simply hung up on me. I have had many mammograms in my life. My experience at the Queen Creek, SimonMed was humiliating. The technician was rude, impersonal, short tempered with positioning and just overall awful. She did not guide me on where to put my clothes so I brought them into the imaging room and placed them on a chair. She then asked questions and started the imaging. The actual procedure went well but trying to access prep information and confirming appt time was torture. I spent an hour on the computer and phone trying to figure it. I was finally told by one of your associates that the site has had trouble for days. What cruel joke your customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Went in to schedule appt. Returned a week later for appt and was told they don’t take my insurance. Gave them all my information when I scheduled. They never said anything about the insurance. Very frustrating! Ended up paying for CT scan because my doctor needed it for a procedure and I was not going to put off procedure yet again. Will never go there again.

There were eight people in line to check in and the receptionist was in the phone, then on the computer, ignoring the line. When I asked about checking in she rudely told me that she would call us up when she was ready. I waited over 10 minutes before I was checked in.😠
