On Wednesday (12/29/22), I went to Simonmed on Rittenhouse for an X-Ray. Sat for an HOUR, then they say their X-Ray machine in not working …come back at 8:15am the next morning. I do that, it’s still broke. They tell me to go to Gantzel Rd location. I go there…THEIR X-Ray doesn’t work. They tell me to go to the AJ location …they’ll get me right in…they don’t do XRays until 1pm. They tell me to go to Baywood and that they will set things up in the computer to get me right in at the Baywood location. I get there and th... read more

It was dirty!! The restroom was disgusting, shelves dusty, and not what I expected for a “medical “ facility. The really nice technician asked me questions and then asked where have I been going since last at Simon Med in 2008?? I told her SMIL, and that I really like it there. I was flabbergasted by her response….” I wouldn’t let my family come to a Simon Med, only to SMIL.” I couldn’t agree more! There were other reasons for my dislike of Simon Med, but I’ll leave that for another time.

Very unfriendly place. I was given someone else’s receipt, which i did not discover until i was home. No one was wearing masks. The person that did my x-ray must of been having a very bad day.

When I arrived to check in the person checking me in said " did they tell you how much it's going to be?" I said no but my co-pay is $100. They tried making me pay $450 for the MRI. I told her I'm paying my co-pay and that is all. Then when she went to run my card if I hadn't been paying attention she "accidentally " tried running it for the $450! Seems a bit shady to me. Then I was waiting well past my appointment time to get it done.

It is ridiculous that you can schedule an appointment for literally everything EXCEPT X-Ray. Those are “first come, first serve” except when the same tech is doing other appointments and squeezes X-rays into that mix. This is literally the WORST imaging company. And the people there do not care how much time they waste of yours.

The staff at the Queen Creek facility that I went to, was very unprofessional, lacked empathy, especially to senior citizens with health concerns. The MRI technician that I was assigned to, had no patience, gave me attitude, and just came across as tho he wished I wasn’t there. I also witnessed the front desk lady, being very rude to a elderly man who had severe disability, and gave him attitude. I will never use this facility again!!!!!!

Your phone service is terrible every time I call I waited at least 10 to 15 minutes to get someone to talk to you also I was told that something will be mailed to me prior to visit never received

The appointment tech did not understand english. After 10min I asked for a supervisor. Was connected to another office but only to leave a call back number. They never called. After a week I called the dr in charge of Simon. Got a mamo and ultrasound apps. Go into mamo and tech said I couldnt get the ultrsnd I knew the time for this was scheduled Got angry asked for manager. She said there wasnt one. Finally gave me the ultras app. The tech for that was nice and the tech for a later bone scan was nice. Ill have to resea... read more
