What is the purpose of SimonMed telling you to book an appointment on their website and then when you get to the appointment they tell you there is a 2-3 hour wait? The receptionist said “the online bookings are only courtesy appointments and not the actual time”. Ridiculous! I scheduled a DEXA scan and had to wait over an hour after the time I scheduled because they had no one qualified to do that scan at their location and had to bring someone from another location. for an XRAY I have to wait 4hrs coz they are not allowing appointments very disappointed

The scheduler on the phone barely spoke english and even though I told him THREE TIMES which location, he still scheduled us for the wrong place! So we show up to what was supposed to be our appointment, only for them to tell us they scheduled us at a different location. And they can't get us in for another week. ALWAYS problems every single time we use Simonmed. Banner Imaging from here on out, I will never go back to Simonmed.

Had a appointment for both MEI and X-rays. My appointment was at 7:30. At 7:25 front door is still locked. How do you run late first thing in the morning? Then told me it was first come on X-ray. Wanted me to wait four hours. These people are rude and don’t care.

The girl that checked me in yes very nice very helpful But the guy who was assigned to me to do my CT was so bad he try to get the needle in 3 times he hurt me when I told him he hurt me he said oh it doesn’t hurt that bad oh yes it did he’s moving the needle around under my skin I would never recommend him he needs to be replaced I yelled at him and never let him try it again now I’m wondering how the scan came out very fast and sloppy job

I had an appointment for an MRI and was early for my appointment. They registered me, said was all set and it would be just a few minutes. Two hours later, employees started leaving, it was closing time. Waiting room was empty. I asked the desk clerk what was happening. She said oh, we can’t do your MRI here you need to go to a different location. We scheduled you there tomorrow. Nobody told me this and allowed me to sit for hours. Went to the other location. Every time I go there I have to wait, even if I have an appointment. I was there the other day and after 10 minutes they told everyone who was there for x-rays that it would be a two and one half hour delay and it was only 10:00 am. I had an appointment for a MRI and I was called in almost 1 hour after my appointment time. I think it would have been longer but When I complained they called me in a couple of minutes later. Should have complained sooner.

I called to see if you all took my insurance before I booked the appointment and you all said you did. When I got there you told me you didn’t! You guys need to get it together!

They are never on time !!! What’s the point of scheduling people if you never run on time !!!! INSURANCE SHOULD BE VERIFIED BEFORE THE PATIENT IS THERE NOT AT TIME OF THE APPT!!!!!! Absolutely unprofessional very poor management!!!! Horrible place and arrogant customer service! I hate that my doctor sends me here!!!! Never going again.
