I made an appointment online for the following day. I get a text for confirmation, I show up only to be told they aren’t doing x rays. I even checked in on my phone and was turned away, along with 4 others that made appointments. They were only taking walk ins, first come, first serve. Horrible service! I won’t even attempt another appointment. FIX YOUR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE AND HIRE NICER PEOPLE! “Karen” lacked any front desk manners.
Worst service I have ever had. Very unprofessional!
It was over a week before I could get an appt. I was told to prep for a cat scan instead of ultrasound. The staff was extremely rude. Tech refused to do ultrasound because of prep and had to come back hours later. Worst experience.
Whom ever gets the auth from insurance didn’t do it correctly and tried to charge me $721. I know my insurance covers scans at 100% so I cancelled and went to a different imaging facility. Check with your insurance before you go.
RecommendedI was at the Queen Creek location yesterday I was really disappointed with the person at the front office. I know she was busy but she wasn’t friendly at all. No hello, no good morning, even let the people that it was making line that she will be taking care of them soon nothing. The only thing that she said is did you have an appointment? I always choose that location because is close to my house but they use to have more people at front. Next time I will think two times to make an appointment there 👎
omg...I hope they don't screw up my mri as much as they have screwed up appts and others tests. nothing but people coming in complaining and upset.
This was at the San Tan Valley location. We waited a total of 1 1/2 hours. To only receive 1 of my 2 scheduled M.R.Is. A receptionist commented about being over booked. She was rude and didn’t answer my questions about billing. The other receptionist “reminded” her the about the policy. The technician was rude and abrupt. She was irritated that I took the medication that my Dr. prescribed for claustrophobia. She was rude and bossy to my husband, who had to assist me with my disability.
