I had a bone density scan scheduled for 1:30pm. I was in my car on the way home at 1:45! There are some days when they are extremely busy with standing-room-only in the waiting room but this particular day was very quiet and I was in and out.

The BBB helped me get $1600 back from these scammers. BBB has a warning on their website advising people of the unscrupulous billing practices by this foreign owned company.
By far the worst company I have dealt with for both X-rays and MRI. The X-rays were unreadable by my Doctor but I still had to pay for them. Then I made an appointment with them according to my Doctors requirements which they obviously didn’t read and sent me to a facility that could not do the MRI. Then today when I went for an appointment they had the correct machine but couldn’t do my MRI due to a technical issue. Hi, my name is Robi, and for the last 7 months when people call in asking for their MRI results, they are transferring them to my personal cell phone. I have called to complain numerous times, and no one seems to care. Simon Medical is giving me their private patient information to a 3rd party. sound like a serious HIPPA violation. If your wanting your information safeguarded, I would recommend going elsewhere 🤬

They scheduled me for two of the same tests. I asked to speak to a person they refused asked questions they didn’t answer. If I would have talked to them would have known I’d already had that test. Had to drive a long ways for a test I’d already had no eating or drinking. Please improve this. I should not have to pay as they only took an X-ray before I stopped the test. I thought I was getting an endoscopy. My insurance won’t pay and I shouldn’t either. Please take care of that too. Thanks, Nancy Beegles. 04/15/1941
