I was there 15 minutes before my 8AM appointment only to find out that the MRI procedure couldn’t be done until 9:30. My day off and no warning that they weren’t prepared. Not cool at all…

Horrible. I made an appointment online, kept getting calls telling me to make one, they argued with me that I had not until they looked and saw that I had. I received at least two calls a day prior to the appointment…to either remind me of the appointment or again to make sure that I had scheduled one. Ridiculous. On my appointment day, got a text to again remind me of my appointment. I go to the appointment…The receptionist told me the machine was down until the following week and that someone should have called me! N... read more

the Gilbert facility is the best, very friendly, very efficient n first one I been to I didn't hv to do pprwrk. the one on Greenfield Rd in Mesa is the worst. Had to wait in long line to get chked in n sat there waiting bout an hour n they canceled it n canceled it again n did the same thing to my sister, canceled twice. Also called to remind me of appt n gave me the wrong time. The other time they canceled cuz they scheduled me in the wrong room. I will never go there again. One of WORST experience to schedule. The person made to attempt to mitigate the issue..when I asked for his name and supervisor he transfered me back into the call rotation. I'll look for another company

I scheduled an appointment for an X-ray. After checking in and waiting 30 minutes, I went up to the desk to ask about the wait. They told me that they were overbooked and it would be a 3 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. The front desk staff was arguing about scheduling while there were multiple people waiting in line. I get being understaffed/stressed but I didn’t appreciate the lack of communication or the fact that my appointment was not acknowledged.

This past week I had three separate tests done, and your technicians were WONDERFUL. Although I’ll probably have to use Simon med again, because you seem to have a monopoly on diagostic testing in the valley, I am disgusted by the condition of your Gilbert facility. The floor in the lobby was filthy, and I got the impression that this place is not cleaned up on a daily basis. Lots of patients preferred to wait out in the parking lot rather than inside. Appointment scheduling is difficult and frustrating. Left 2 requests for a call to schedule, no return calls. Website is not user friendly. I must say that although I’d pick somewhere else in the future due this is not a reflection on the MRI tech who was great. Efficient, friendly and on time.
