This location is a complete 💩show. I had a regular hand X-ray a week ago. I have been calling to try to get them to get it to my PCP as I am awaiting a referral. EVERYTIME I call, I get hung up on. I’m talking 4 times at this point. personnelly I believe your company's policies on change appt. SUCKS. We came in early as you scheduled. While in your office waiting another lady came in "early" she went in first. Asked why you stated he was running behind. How is it possible that he is behind yet you asked people to come in early because someone canceled. I don't live here in AZ, I'm here temporarily. I've tried several times to get imaging done at this facility, they are consistently denied because of numerous reasons and appointments have been canceled and rescheduled over and over again. I get a call 20 min before my appointment today AGAIN stating it's been denied. not enough time treated. I had a 4PM appointment and arrived as instructed at 3:45, but was not seen until after 5PM. While I waited, I over heard at least 3 patients who had confirmed appointments that were turned away since they weren't on the facility's schedule or they were not booked enough time to complete their proceedure(s).
It took me almost an hour to create an account and fill out their pre visit paperwork. Every time I tried to move on from a question that was irrelevant it flipped me back to the top and I had to start again. Also: is it really necessary to give your insurance information three or four times? I know they’re terribly worried about getting paid but I got so annoyed and offended I almost quit! My appointment was at 3:55pm for a CT I finally went back at 5:25pm. There was only one person ahead of me. (This is what the lady at the front desk told me). The tech was rude. He brought me to a changing room told me to change but didn’t give me anything to change into. I had to find my own gown to change into. I’ve used the Gilbert location a few times and have had no issues. Quick check in and called back for my appointment on time or even early. Not this time. The girls at check in were busy chatting and ignoring the line. They were making fun of a lady who requested her records. I waited and waited for my appointment and finally had to ask why I wasn’t being called back for my scan. I’ll probably try a different location next time. Disappointing for sure.
Drove all the way and was told I was a day early for my appt but the scheduler repeated it 3 times. So had to go back and was told that my amount owed was 3 times the amount that they told me earlier. Rude staff and don't care how much inconvenience they add and don't care how much money they charge.
