My appointment was canceled three times which was so frustrating! First time the location was understaffed, same with the second time and third time the technician was off the day of my appointment (normal scheduled day off). When I was able to get an appointment the staff at the Gilbert location were very friendly and I was done within 45 mins. I understand things happen but it was frustrating to be scheduled and then have it canceled three times! Joseph in scheduling was very nice and apologetic.

It took 3 times to get my appointment right. They call to cancel & reschedule because of a bad coil in the MRI machine. Reschedule for the following day at 11 at a different location. Arrive on time & they aren’t equipped to do the MRI. Reschedule for 6:30 pm at first location. Told the manager Is staying to do it. Half hour later called by another to tell me that location can’t do a hand MRI!!! Now scheduled on NYE for 11 am for a location 30 min away from my house! Finally got it done!

SimonMed’s staff at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. It’s apparent they don’t want to help by the rows of computers aligned as a barrier. The lady at the checkin desk was outright rude and inconsiderate to my mother, an elderly women with tremors scheduled to get a brain scan. Short elderly folks struggle to hear with the rows of computers and plastic barriers. I had to step in to help my mother. The checkin ladies yell financial information across the room. The staff was wonderful. Customer service is awful! I needed to complete paperwork, then check in, then later request my results. I have not been able to login. I have called and left many messages, tried online chat and attempted over and over to login. This has been going on for 12 days. No one has ever called me back. I did get a text with a phone number to call for help. It was a non working number! It is virtually impossible to speak with a human. Actually I did once who transferred me to a voicemail. My son was scheduled to have an MRI on 7/29/21 at the Spectrum location in Gilbert. He was to arrive at 630pm for a 7pm scan. He was told they were running an hour behind. When he was finally taken back it was an hour and a half past his 7pm appointment time. I am a diagnostic scheduler for an Oncology office and we NEVER run behind. I could understand 10-15 to clean a room due to Covid but an hour and a half. Completely unacceptable! Will not be using SimonMed again!

The worst experience ever, not once but twice. It takes at least 30 min on the phone to set up an appointment. My first appointment I waited 20 min before called in for my appointment. The second time, I scheduled an appointment for Monday, July 26 at 1:30 and I confirmed with the scheduler on the phone before I wrote it down. I show up and ask check in, they collect my co-pay. After 30 min of waiting I ask for a status, at which time they tell me my appointment is not until 8/26, so why wasn’t I told that when I checked in?... read more

Had an appointment first thing in the morning at the Val Vista Road location. Was filling out my paperwork when Karen called me into the back area to do my six-month mammogram. Was filling out on written form I was having soreness on my left breast. Mention to Karen also and she did not acknowledge my comment. Karen took three images which are less than I normally have done. She was very rushed and not very personable.
