I did not receive a reminder text or message. I arrived on time the procedure went very good except for IV, I got poked three times. I was not given any instructions after the procedure my husband told me to drink lots of water to wash out what they put into me. But it would probably go for another test. And ask more questions.
Everyone is really kind and professional!!! They made feel comfortable during exams...
Before they took my CT Scan of my abdomen and pelvis with and without contrast, they had to poked me 5x for my IV access. It’s been 5 days now no CT results yet.
There’s a vibe in the front office and technicians that is rude (fake kindness) that’s hard to explain but leaves you with a feeling of not wanting to return to the facility given a choice
I have been simonmed Imaging several times there is no professionalism most of the workers are rude as hell you can get your work done and they will lose it I called today because I don't feel good and I had an appointment this man wanted to know my height my weight and I asked him why do you need to know my height and weight you are not the doctor well we have certain weight machines that certain people can't put on he says so what are they doing discriminate team against heavyset people I go here because my doctor sends me... read more
Took all afternoon for a scheduled appointment. The test took maybe 3 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but not that long. People with no appointments were being worked in ahead of me. Did not all appear to be emergencies. Appeared surprised to hear they needed an appointment. Well, really they didn’t!! They were worked in. I had already been rescheduled multiple times became of “staffing issues.” Online patient registration was lost when I was rescheduled. Had to redo in the office. Had an appointment at 230. Got there at 215 and line was out the door. Only 2 girls were checking in and the 3rd and 4th just stared and acted like they were doing other things. I asked if I should turn in my paper after it was complete. The girl told me I could give it to tech when I was called. I asked what happened to my appt after 45 minutes of waiting. I was assured I would be called next. After 1 hr and 15 minutes I asked again and my paper was taken from me and put in a slot and I was moved to back where I wait... read more
