RecommendedI did not receive a reminder text or message. I arrived on time the procedure went very good except for IV, I got poked three times. I was not given any instructions after the procedure my husband told me to drink lots of water to wash out what they put into me. But it would probably go for another test. And ask more questions.

I used to love SimonMed but their reception/intake people are the worst. I’ve noticed a gradual worsening of these people if that’s even possible. Came in at 12:45p for 1p mammogram and I:30p ultrasound. It was 1p before I got to the counter to check-in, and some lady standing behind the receptionist just took my ID and insurance card and told me they’d call me back up in a minute. This place NOT allow appointments for X-Ray, walk-in only. However, the receptionist only enter the patient info at their leisure. I had to walk up to the counter and keep checking before they enter the info. That’s after 1 hour. Then, we waited for an other hour before we can get in. They penalized patients for their policy and inefficient.

Before they took my CT Scan of my abdomen and pelvis with and without contrast, they had to poked me 5x for my IV access. It’s been 5 days now no CT results yet.

There’s a vibe in the front office and technicians that is rude (fake kindness) that’s hard to explain but leaves you with a feeling of not wanting to return to the facility given a choice
