with no appointments on Saturdays, I arrived at 7am and waited until 745 when they let us in. I was 3rd in line but they took other people before me. I know that because the X ray tech was the only one there so he came out and called others. I am very disappointed with your service.

Every time I come here I’m told they are “on-time” even after asking multiple times, they are “on-time”! An hr and 25 mins after appt time is not “on-time”

I brought my elderly mom there who has cancer just for you people to say she did NOT have an order! She did have an order and it was faxed to you. I also witness another lady that had the same thing happen to her while we were there! I spoke to the receptionist that said “the fax must have been busy and we didn’t receive it”. REALLY?!!!! You people ever heard of an electronic fax? Well new flash...it comes via email! No need to worry about a fax being busy! GET IT TOGETHER!
