The front desk staff at the Waterford Lakes office was the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They were rude and unhelpful not just to myself but to everyone I saw them interact with. In addition, they spoke so loudly that everyone in the waiting could hear everyone else’s business. I have never been anywhere for something medical related and experienced this kind of “service”. llamé para hacer una cita y me dijeron que no necesitaba que simplemente fuera Cuando llegue me dijeron que yo necesitaba una cita pero si quería podía esperar una hora le dije que estaba bien que iba a esperar y me tuvieron dos horas pasaron a todos los que estaban y los que llegaron después de mí para entonces llamarme

The process of getting the approval of the insurance. I had to wait more then an hour and a half to take an X-ray because of some problem with my insurance. It was desperating having to wait so long. But the staff of the imaging service were very kind and did everything to take my X-ray quick. They apologized for my inconvenience.

I show up to my 3:00 appt at 2:45 as requested. When I get there, I am told they can only do one test because insurance had not approved the other...no notification prior, but ok at least I can get one done. I fill out all the paperwork and get called to the desk. Then get told well we will have to reschedule. There is an issue with getting approved on the other test and had to call the dr to see if they can get the test changed so insurance will not approve since the order was one with and one without contrast. Tenía mi cita para el 20 de abril a las 6:00pm y otro a las 6:30pm. Cuando me registré me informaron que no tenía ninguna cita pues todavía no había sido aprobado por el seguro. Recibí muchas llamadas y textos para recordarme de mi cita pero nadie me pudo llamar para informarme de la situación.
I scheduled a CT Scan on 2/8/21, they rescheduled do to technician would not be available to preform injection for test. It was rescheduled for 3/321, again the technician would not be available, is scary enough my test is fir serious issues found when I had Togo to emergency room New Year’s Eve of 2021, to now deal with a facility that only has one person that can prep you fir my type of test.
