RecommendedEl servicio del front desk es muy pésimo especialmente la mujer que se sienta en el centro. Da la impresión que no hay una buena manager. Ella nos falto el respeto y no tubo ninguna consideración. Esto fue el jueves 27 de abril 2021 a las 11:00 am

I called to se an appointment and was told no need to set an appointment as you will be in and out within 10 to 20 minutes. Upon my arrival I was informed of a standard 2hr wait to be seen. They set my expectations to be minimalistic but realistically the treatment I received was disrespectful. I lost my appointment with Quest Diagnostics causing me an additional 3 hours to be seen. 5 hrs of my day wasted Simon Med does not respect their customers.
Saturday’s staff is the worst. Especially the front desk guy. Disrespectful. He talk back to the rest of the staff about you in your face. I hate that people have to go through this for an X-ray or else. They should respect you appointment time and if they’re going to make you wait at least they should text people to let them know that their turn is almost ready.
I always have come here for years and as the years pass they have over booked so you wait forever. I guess due to covid they have 1 girl at the desk were the line goes out the door around the building pathetic.

RecommendedWas disappointed was not given proper instructions fir Ct and after hour waiting lady cane out saud you have to drink this fir Ct I was so upset had to cx my next appt I had if given when showed up then I would’ve made my other appt. Need more help at check in maybe things like this wouldn’t happen. I spent extra unnecessary time there and missed appt that niw is a week later thanks to their negligence

The front desk girls are very rude. The staff is very slow and cause appointments to take over 2 hours.

No I’m not I had to wait two hours and and when I take a friend she goes oh I said they called you so they put me in the living room sitting there the guy comes in and he says oh you’re here to get an x-ray of your finger and I’m like no I’m here for an x-ray of my back so the next day I receive a text saying thank you Miss Rosario for visiting our facility that is not even my name then I’m wondering did they send my x-ray to somebody very unprofessional never again

SimonMed Imaging Front desk employees at Waterford Lakes are: Unprofessional, not polite, and not very much helpful at all towards there customers. I was told my orders for exam were not received. I called my doctor and was told they were sent. When I approached the front desk employees again, I was told “oh, we found them”. ??? This being said with an attitude.
