Took all afternoon for a scheduled appointment. The test took maybe 3 minutes. I don’t mind waiting but not that long. People with no appointments were being worked in ahead of me. Did not all appear to be emergencies. Appeared surprised to hear they needed an appointment. Well, really they didn’t!! They were worked in. I had already been rescheduled multiple times became of “staffing issues.” Online patient registration was lost when I was rescheduled. Had to redo in the office. Had an appointment at 230. Got there at 215 and line was out the door. Only 2 girls were checking in and the 3rd and 4th just stared and acted like they were doing other things. I asked if I should turn in my paper after it was complete. The girl told me I could give it to tech when I was called. I asked what happened to my appt after 45 minutes of waiting. I was assured I would be called next. After 1 hr and 15 minutes I asked again and my paper was taken from me and put in a slot and I was moved to back where I wait... read more

I am a former insurance worker for United healthcare. I know for a fact that if you have Medicare your secondary insurance is not dependent on being in contract with the facility. Medicare drives the benefit and then the secondary picks up the other 20%. I had an appointment this morning for an MRI and got to my appointment on time. As I tried to check in I was told that my Emblem Health was not in network. Mind you, this has happened multiple times at your facility. I continue to get emails regarding my “Balance”. Update: all four phone calls over the last month I was told that they would be refunding my money within a week and they would take both my credit cards off of their system. Well everytime I called back the next person would say that the last person put my acct into review and they haven't refunded the money. They would apologize and say they refunded my money it should be back on my card within a week and that my cards were no longer on file. Well every single person lied including their office manager. En la oficina de Alafaya me hice una mamografía del seno izquierdo y en los resultados dice que tengo un nódulo en el seno derecho, cuando ellos nunca me tocaron el seno derecho. Llamé a ese mismo lugar y dijeron que iban a enviar los resultados correctos nuevamente y que una supervisora me iba a llamar y no sucedió ninguna de las dos. En la oficina de Lake Underhill me trataron de ayudar pero no pudieron. Creo que merezco una explicación, para mi tranquilidad, porque esperar 6 meses para el próximo estudio es mucho tiempo.

I had and appointment for 10 am and was called at 12:30 did not see the mri till 1:15 was out at 2:30. Had to cancel the rest of my appointments.
