Ive been having so many issues with SimonMed lately and its not just on one area. Last year I was having issues with billing, now if its not the results taking almost 2 weeks, its the bad coordination of scheduling. I contacted their complaint department but it seems that they havent put too much effort to address the issue. The most recent issue I had with them was yesterday, SimonMed called me to let me know they had an order from my doctor for * rays, since I had Cervical Spine Surgery on 10/10/2025. Simon Med is owned by a group of doctors who seemingly intend to monopolize the imaging market. By doing so, they are placing unqualified staff in patient-facing positions on site and in call centers. I just got off the phone after an attempt to make an appointment. I reached a call center, presumably in ******, and could hear boiler room chatter in the background. The *** required an unnecessary amount of information, even though it was already in their system. Horrible. We showed up for an appointment. They said the equipment was down. Afterward trying to reschedule on there sit was made impossible. The chat feature did not work. All methods to reschulde were not allowed. These people do mot care about an individual Ulead, just the money, and they can't even get that right. ******.

Ive had to call on behalf of my mom for billing purposes because they never have a spanish speaker available. When I asked where I could put in feedback, they transferred me to an automated survey. Terrible service over the phone.

Don't bother making an appointment because they will cancel without telling you, then gaslight you to make you believe it's your fault. I guess the email and text confirmation is merely a suggestion and not an actual appointment. I'd hoped this experience would be an improvement over the last visit, where they were running two hours behind but never bothered to reach out and tell me. ****. Zero improvement. Seriously, book a flight to ****** and get your MRI there instead of dealing with this disaster of a company

My specialist referred me to this facility for a CT scan. When calling to schedule the appointment, the *** asked which type of contrast. Having no knowledge of this process whatsoever, it was a totally random guess for me. I figured the ***s would have some sort of willingness to go over such important details to help give patients a more educated selection. I had high hopes for SimonMed as it's a much needed service. Unfortunately my experience was not good. My initial thought was that the facility was clean and the staff seemed friendly, but the quality and accuracy of the service is very poor. I went in for a scan that is used to create a ratio when compared to others of the same gender and age. The ratio is very different for men than it is for women. I was charged $600 for a CT scan even though I have an approval confirmation number from my insurance company. I called 3/25, 4/16, 5/15, 6/3, 7/1, 7/11 and today to try to resolve and get a refund per my EOB of $300. I was hung up on numerous times, including today after waiting and hour and 11 minutes for a supervisor. I was constantly told to wait ***** days and each time that my case was escalated to management.

SimonMed's negligence and gross incompetency may result in a three month delay of my surgery. Over the course of 5 days, more than 5 hours of phone calls, six representatives including a supervisor, they lied to me repeatedly and failed to perform even the smallest attention to detail. This is all documented and can be proven by the recorded phone calls for "quality assurance" purposes.
