I had an appointment for which I needed to take meds to slow my heart rate. Took the meds as directed showed up for the appointment and they told me I needed to reschedule as they were overbooked. Now they call me through some automated messaging and Ivr bots saying I canceled and i need to reschedule

For a year now they keep trying to bill me for the same service that I already paid for. I wrote letters and showed proof of pmt. But they keep harassing me. Also its a different amount everytime they send a bill. No explanation helps l am so upset I don't know what to do.

****************. They have made mistakes at literally every level of my experience. They input the wrong date of birth, no insurance (when it was provided twice to them), incorrectly billed me, wouldn't process my refund for an overpayment.

Never have. I seen such a rude and disrespectful front staff. When asked for a manager, I realized then what the problem was absolutely horrendous and self. Entitled attitude, I was treated like garbage. I was lied to and overcharged for services that took me 6 months, and over 20 phone calls to get my money back. Keep away from this place. They are no good.

After going to the *************** location, I was told that my results would be sent to my doctor. However, that never happened. I called their "Support" line and had to leave a message. I asked again to send the results, and again they never did. I also asked for a call back, and they did not call back. I would avoid this imaging center. They are non-responsive and do not send imaging results, resulting in a long delay in getting care.

If I could give this place no stars I would. First contact was them calling me to set up an appointment, but instead of scheduling me they just told me to go to the website to schedule, this was an actual person (the girl on the office no less) on the phone. I had a hard time hearing her and she would not stop talking then hung up on me. I drove to the office since I was in the area and she wouldnt look me in the face the entire time I was there and was so rude to me and other people there. I recently invested **$1,899.00** in the **Longevity Whole Body ***** at Simonmed. Upon entering, I was struck by how small and outdated the waiting area felt, which did little to inspire confidence. The *** dressing rooms were alarmingly cramped, resembling closets more than private spaces, with flimsy curtains offering minimal privacy. I had a ** Scan of my abdomen and pelvis with contrast. SimonMed completely missed an internal hernia. I have tried to contact the Radiologist and SimonMed refused to talk to me. They insist my Doctor would need to make the request.I had the ** Scan on 5/12/2026 I was in the ** at ************************* ** a month later. They prebill you and will turn you over to collections for none payment. They will ruin your credit and put people in financial distress. But they will not talk to you when they mess up.
