This week we had a historic snowfall. There was at least 3.5 inches of snow in our parking lot which is enclosed with a fence and therefore very difficult to plow. Thank God for our property manager, Charlene Lopacki. I called her and within 30 minutes the snowplow was here. She called me back several times to make sure that everything was OK. Our property manager Allison is the BEST. She has resolved any issue we've had very quickly. You can tell that she is not there just to get a paycheck, she truly cares about her residents and making their experience easy and enjoyable. I would 10/10 recommend living here.

I've loved my time so far as a resident here! My apartment is beautiful, updated and I'm always helped ASAP by maintenance and my property manager Allison Hernandez, when a need arises. Kevin was a big help finding my apartment in such a short amount of time as I had to move immediately to the Buffalo area for work. This apartment was solid, there were a few things wrong at first but after emailing the property manager, she responded in two days and the work orders were completed the next day. There is still one thing left to follow up on but I am confident they will with my experience thus far. -Nick (Lexington ave apt)
