I couldn't be happier with Sinatra & Company! My very friendly leasing agent, Mike, found me just what I was looking for in my price range. I wanted something quick and nice and Mike wasted no time finding me exactly what I was looking for! My apartment is in Elmwood Village and is very clean, safe, up to date and most importantly, affordable!! The apartment building is also kept very clean and everything is up to date. Safe and quiet buildings, great off-street parking at the Fenton Village, and I can't say enough good things about the office staff or rental agents. I have moved with this company twice now and both transitions have been seamless. Looking forward to paying my rent electronically, hopefully that feature is available soon.

I've had nothing but a brilliant experience with Sinatra! I see a few somewhat negative reviews, and for the life of me I can't understand why. My agent, Kevin Fredenburg, helped me tremendously when I was looking for an apt from out of state. I moved from Vegas to Buffalo, and he had everything ready to go! I had even arrived in Buffalo on a Sunday evening and he went out of his way to get the keys to me on his night off! In addition, I have had a great experience with the maintenance staff. Sinatra real estate and co have done a lot of work to help rebuild buffalo and have started to rebuild alot of old run down property as well as new ones!! Thanks for helping buffalo look beautiful again!!
