You raised the rent during a pandemic and you’re raising it again after not fixing our kitchen ceiling despite it leaking all over the floor for a year now. You ignore our repair requests and now when it rains it flows now into a light socket which could cause this place to burn down but you don’t care. Just keep raising the rent and maintain nothing.
I lived in their duplex at 408 Springville Ave in Amherst for about 3 years. It was a nightmare, like many of the reviews you read. I wanted a 48 hour notice for non emergencies added to my contract. SLUMLORD. This company can care less you have no power or heat and they will never respond to your calls and emails. But, be late on your rent, oh then they will be quick to reach out to you.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Where do I start??? They never take care of any complaints or problems. They switch property managers over and over. I have 7 emails introducing new managers. We have had at least 7 different people since we’ve lived here. They all say they were hired to fix the old problems… Hahahaha, let’s laugh together. I have a sick friend who needs some help with their rent. I called and offered to pay their back rent and next month. I was told that they could not tell me the amount of rent to pay to get them current. My friend is in rehab, not even able to stay in their apartment. They rather hit them with late fees and evict? Absolutely no compassion or understanding. By the way, said it was due to HIPAA, rules. How clueless. HIPAA has nothing to do with housing or rent.☹️
I have been living at Centrepointe townhouse going on my third year in Canadaguia NY. Recent lease was just sent out for $125 increase. I called the property manager Tessa Davis and asked about the increase and the first thing she said to me is that " there are no rent negotiations ". I moved in April and was out by June. I started becoming sick and was having trouble breathing. I missed a week of work, was covered in welts, and spent a day in the ER to find that MOLD was growing everywhere. I called numerous times to complain and was told that a specialist was coming as this wasn’t the only complaint. I was then told they didn’t find mold, but rather mildew. Horrible experiences.....the other reviews don't lie...property managers change like socks, heat/water was constantly off ...IN THE COLD WINTER MONTHS....moved in and was told to do the walk through inspection myself ...discovered that there was no smoke detector....faulty locks that didn't work for one of the doors....was falsely charged for things when moving out and therefore hardly got any of the security deposit back when I left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in...took photos and video...lease agent Jennife... read more
