My time spent living at Sinatra & Company's 618 Elmwood property was great. The building is up to date, having been remodeled quite recently, and affords many nice amenities. Rent was very affordable, especially for one of the most popular areas in Buffalo. I only had one maintenance request during my tenancy, which was simply the installation of a bathroom mirror, and the request was filled within 24 hours. Unresponsive towards submitted problems. When they do finally get to it, they will band-aid the problem rather than actually fix it. Beyond that, prices are reasonable.

I am VERY pleased with my apartment, and the rental company. I signed my lease in December 2014 when the building was owned by Metro. It wasn't too long into my lease when Sinatra & Company bought the building and the leases of the current tenants from Metro. As a renter, I feel I was completely informed in a timely fashion, and provided with the information I would need had I had any questions or concerns about the buy out.The other two times that important information needed to be given to tenants was the 2 times they felt... read more
